Okay… I think my guides are REALLY trying to get my attention now 😂✨

I’ve picked the same card FOUR times.

And I know, for me, the message is to keep going deeper into my meditations and exploring this connection I feel with Lemuria.

Today I actually cried during a meditation.

It felt like grief for a place I somehow knew — somewhere unbelievably beautiful. Pure love. Crystal energy. Humans and animals living together in harmony, understanding one another, healing alongside one another.

Whether you see Lemuria as a past life, an ancient spiritual memory, an archetype or something else entirely, what I experience in these meditations feels incredibly real to me.

And then I pulled my next card…

✨ Trust your visions. Your psychic ability is increasing. ✨

There has definitely been a huge shift in me lately, and this connection with Lemuria seems to be at the centre of it.

Why has it come now?

I’m still discovering that.

But one thing keeps coming through incredibly strongly…

Music. Sound. Frequency.

I believe these can take us somewhere that words simply cannot.

Have you ever heard a piece of music, a certain frequency or the vibration of an instrument and suddenly felt tears streaming down your face?

Not because you’re sad.

Because something inside you has been touched.

Sometimes it almost feels like remembering a place your soul once knew. 💚

And perhaps that’s part of what I’m trying to create when you come to me for a sound bath or healing treatment.

A space where the outside world becomes quiet enough for you to go inward.

To listen.

To feel.

To remember.

Whatever your remembering may be. ✨

Go there as often as you can.

Maybe there is something waiting for you there. 💚

NOT JUST A FACIAL — MIND BLOWN!

So I’ve always said that when I’m doing a facial or head massage, it feels sacred not like I’m simply doing a treatment.

This might sound crazy to some, but I’ve recently discovered through my spiritual journey that I was a Lemurian Priestess in a past life.

And then I came across the spiritual explanation for why working around the head has always felt so sacred to me.

Honestly… mind blown. 🤯✨

THE BASE OF THE SKULL

When I cradle someone’s head, my hands naturally rest around the occipital ridge. In metaphysical teachings this area is associated with the Zeal Point or “Well of Dreams.”

Within Lemurian and esoteric beliefs, this area is associated with deeper soul memory and spiritual awareness.

THE FOREHEAD

When I gently stroke the forehead, I’m working over the Third Eye (Ajna chakra) spiritually associated with intuition, inner vision and awakening.

This particularly struck me because in my own Lemurian meditations I have seen myself using my hands to give light activations.

AND THEN THERE’S THE PHYSICAL SIDE…

Working around the face and head can be incredibly calming to the nervous system, helping someone drop into that beautiful state of deep rest.

And THAT is exactly the moment I’ve always noticed.

Everything changes.

I slow down. My hands slow down. It feels almost ceremonial.

I’ve always instinctively felt that holding someone’s head is sacred.

Long before I knew any of this, something inside me already seemed to know.

Maybe my hands remembered before my mind understood.

Suddenly, what I thought was “just a facial” feels like something so much deeper.

Somehow, I knew it was sacred. The more I learn about this the more excited I get and will be incorporating it all into my sessions .

LET’S NORMALISE CRYING. 🤍

Just think about it…

When we’re little, the second we start to cry, someone looks concerned.

“Oh, don’t cry.”
“What’s the matter?”
“Come on, don’t be sad.”

And it’s always said with love.

We want to fix it. We want to make them feel better. We distract them, cheer them up and try to stop the tears.

So from a really young age, have we accidentally been taught that crying is something that needs to be stopped?

I remember watching Yellowstone and there’s a scene where a mother loses her baby. She drops to her knees, absolutely overwhelmed with grief.

Her husband instinctively goes to rush towards her, but the shaman stops him.

He tells him to leave her.

To let her grieve.

And that scene really stayed with me.

Because although watching someone completely surrender to their sadness can feel unbearable, in that moment she is feeling it.

She isn’t pretending it isn’t there.
She isn’t swallowing it.
She isn’t trying to make everyone else comfortable.
She’s allowing herself to experience what she feels.

And it made me think…

Why are we so uncomfortable with raw emotion?

If a room full of people were watching a hilarious film and everyone burst out laughing, nobody would think twice.

Nobody would say:

“Stop laughing.”
“Pull yourself together.”
“Are you okay?”

😂

Yet put those same people in front of a heartbreaking film and suddenly we’re wiping our eyes before anyone notices.

I do it myself!

We try to stop the tears because we don’t want people looking at us, worrying about us or feeling sorry for us.

But what if crying became as normal as laughing?

What if instead of immediately saying “don’t cry”, sometimes we simply said:

“It’s okay. Let it out. I’m here.”

Maybe we don’t always need to fix an emotion.

Sometimes we just need to feel it, express it and allow it to move through us.

Sadness comes.

Sadness goes.

Just like happiness.
Just like anger.
Just like excitement.
Just like laughter.

We aren’t going to cry forever.

So maybe tears don’t always mean something has gone wrong.

Maybe sometimes they’re simply what being human looks like.

Let’s normalise crying.
Let’s normalise feeling.
Let’s normalise not immediately trying to fix every uncomfortable emotion.

Sometimes the most loving thing we can do is simply allow someone to feel what they need to feel. 🤍 fans
