I’ve wanted to run the London Marathon for years, so this weekend feels equal parts exciting and terrifying!

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for all your donations, each one has made a massive difference and I feel really lucky to be running for

Another week of studio prep, classes, and marathon training, with a sprinkle of sickness bug for fun.

Finally admitted defeat and had my gait checked which was equally humbling and very clear why everything below the belly button is getting injured. Trainers #3 shall save me.

Tuesday - a day of two halves 🤎 We start with 09:30am Barre, an energising playlist, fun low impact sequences and creating the infamous barre burn. Then we transform the studio, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows replace the bands and weights and its time for Tuesday yoga. A vinyasa flow using your breath to guide you through your physical poses, leading to our all important savasana. Fancy a private class, just send me a private message.
