We are looking for a kind patient and slightly magical human to join our team as a community care worker, your mission – should you choose to accept it – is to support amazing people in their own home while becoming part carer, part friend, part detective (lost remote controls are everywhere)
Daily Adventures may include:
Making the perfect cup of tea (strength negotiation may occur)
• Listening to stories that start “back in my day”
• Helping with shopping, cooking and daily tasks
• Winning at card games – or politely losing!
• Finding TV remotes that have “definitely been stolen by the sofa”
• Being the highlight of someone’s day (no pressure)
You might be perfect if you
• Have a kind heart, and a good sense of humour
• Don’t panic when someone offers you biscuits regular
• Can smile through debate’s about whether its too hot or too cold in the house.
• Are happy chatting about everything from wartime stories too last night’s TV.

Now for the important bits!
Hourly rate starts from £12.71 and then after probation period can increase up to £14.00 per hour weekdays & £15.00 per hour weekends

Paid training in house and any e-learning you complete
Paid induction training and shadow shifts
