We produce blue plaque window vinyls that commemorate the previous occupants of your house.

Our blue plaques will show the names, dates and occupations from historical records from 1881 -1939 (of one or more) of the people who lived in your home years before you. It may have been home to a photographer, bath chair proprietor, sulphate maker, journalist, bucket maker, timber yard furnace stoker, cook, railway signalman, professional violinist, part time money lender or sugar boiler.

So proud of this. Thank you to Nick from and the wonderful historians at Steyning Museum with whom I collaborated on this project. Currently 22 plaques up in businesses across the town. Steyning is literally bursting with history, with many buildings from the medieval period, which are all beautifully preserved. Looking forward to tomorrow showing more of my work to people here in Steyning. If you have not been , come, it may suprise you. I will be off the the wonderful this eve, who has one of the plaques. Last night I was treated to beautiful red wine, served by wonderful owner and host Rob, alongside pop up business , with sensational and beautifully presented tacos.

A face of concentration as I installed one of the twenty plaques as part of which starts later this week. This one in on Steyning High Street. I am really looking forward to my visit 28-31st May with a display of my work at The Big Top , come say hi and buy a plaque or deep dive for your home or business and join the 620 people accross the UK who are already celebrating the lives in their homes front windows of those who came before them.

Tomorrow marks the 1st Birthday of the brilliant business that is the brain child of from . I came across them in my feed in June 2025 and loved their concept, so offered them a free plaque as I do every month to businesses who inspire me . Little did I know that we would become wonderful friends. I held my 65th ! birthday there which was brilliant and held my first ever quiz there in March. I try to spread the love as much as possible in beautiful Folkestone, but as a friend remarked the other day , you are ' The Coterie Guy ' and I guess I am. Looking forward to celebrating with the guys this weekend and to many more years of beautiful food , drinks, their sunny garden space and one of the biggest welcomes in Folkestone. Another plaque on Sandgate Road here in Folkestone. This one for Laura from , and another in the series where I add the current owner, as afterall they are also creating history. A brilliant business model, with a salon, beauty studio, tanning and a cafe. Go check them out.

My latest plaque in Folkestone is up on Sandgate Road in .opticians who celebrate their centenary this year .100 years in businesses is incredible, in a tough market. Having recently had my eyes tested here, I can absolutely recommend the level of service and expertise that you get from this independent firm , with other branches in Hythe ( plaque post coming soon ) Ashford and Canterbury. A day off from history today and a nice cycle ride by the sea here in Folkestone. Hope its lovely weather where you are. All plaques were in the post yesterday for delivery today , so keep an eye out for my distinctive envelope and its little blue logo sticker. Thanks to for my top and for my gorgeous cycling helmet. Hope the weather holds.
