Solstice Sound Bath with John Gayle – Saturday June 20th @ 2pm. £15

So, as we begin the meteorological summer, we’re very excited to announce that the inimitable John Gayle will once again be blessing us with his presence and offering a Solstice Sound Bath here in the Wellbeing at Roundhill studio.

Those of you who joined us last year will know just how effectively John weaves the healing vibrations of the bowls, gongs, and percussion to create a richly textured sonic soundscape which leaves participants refreshed and rejuvenated.

Due to popular demand, we're very pleased to say that Keith is now offering second Tai Chi class from 3.15pm on Mondays. There are a few spaces left in this one, so if you're looking to improve balance, coordination, and strength, or simply looking for a daily practice to help de-stress body and mind, get in touch to book your space...

Very happy to announce that the wonderful Keith MacFarlane will be joining the Wellbeing at Roundhill team and bringing a new weekly Tai Chi class to the studio from Monday, April 13th at 2pm.

Keith is a highly experienced teacher and has trained in numerous Tai Chi and Chi Kung styles.

Classes are £12 each.

There's no mistaking it, Spring is definitely springing into action and, with the evenings getting lighter and the resurgence of energy literally coming up through the ground, it's a great time to improve our movement and mobility.

Kayleigh's Thursday evening classes are a great place to start on your Pilates journey, but also challenging enough if you simply want to build on your current level of fitness.

There are 3 weeks left in her current term so it's a brilliant time to give it a try before committing to a longer block in April.

We're very excited to be welcoming a new member to the Wellbeing at Roundhill team in the New Year. Teresa will be offering acupuncture treatments on Mondays and Tuesdays.

With over 30 years experience in the health sector, Teresa's focus with her treatments is to help those with chronic conditions, help with pain management and support people undergoing cancer treatment. She also has an interest in supporting people receiving end of life care as they navigate that most profound of journeys...
