THE LAP WINDERMERE - 47 mile ultra 🏃‍♀️ chip time 14.40 97k steps later … what an unbelievable day. Brutal hills, perfect weather, spectacular scenery, incredibly well organised and supported. Never been so happy to cross a finish line, even more emotional watching others dig deep and finish ❤️ can’t believe I’ve done this challenge, epic things happen when you surround yourself with the right people ⭐🫶🫶

Body battery low? If you’re constantly busy it’s important to allow yourself some down-time to recharge your battery. I have been fascinated to see how my clients body battery data is boosted from the massage. It’s important to remember that massage therapy is a wonderful way to relieve stress and increase neurotransmitter production of dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin - the hormones that help you cope with stress 👌
