Today is Samhain

The cross quarter festival that celebrates the darker half of the year. Samhain translated as summers end, the point where the veil is the thinnest and we can honour ancestors and its also know as the witches new year 🖤

Tomorrow we celebrate at my Witch event at Harewood and I can’t wait - I’m preparing all the beautiful bits and pieces today and tomorrow morning and can’t wait to cross this potent threshold together.

However you choose to celebrate Samhain (or modern day Halloween) enjoy!

HELLO NOVEMBER 🍂🖤

The candles are lit, the nights are dark and we’re entering my favourite season… cosy, witchy, slow-it-all-down ber months.

Before the Christmas chaos kicks off, November is the perfect time to take a breath and fill your own cup.

🍂 in need of 5 minutes to yourself?! How about an hour?!

Is anyone else feeling like life is just one big to-do list at the moment?!

The darker nights are creeping in, there’s a million things to think about, and sometimes you just need to stop. Properly stop.

No jobs to do, no one needing anything from you and no thinking about what’s for tea!!

Just you, a cosy space, and an hour where all you need to do is lie down and listen.

✨ THIS THURSDAY — SOUND BATH IN SHERBURN

Come and get cosy, get comfy and let the sounds of my crystal bowls wash over you. A chance to quieten that busy mind, soften those shoulders and give yourself a little breathing space in the middle of a very busy week.

You don’t need to know anything about sound healing, be spiritual or have ever been to a sound bath before. Just come as you are.

If you’ve been feeling a bit frazzled lately, or half term is driving you mad this might be exactly what you need.

Been struggling with a hugely busy week as I finished my last wedding over at my floristry business - a bitter sweet one but feels good to release this part of my life and couldn’t be at a more potent time of year!! Who knew when I booked that wedding it would be my last one!

I’ve also been struggling with a headache I’ve had since Wednesday 😖 so this weekend a side a couple of commitments of sound baths and reiki I have took a slower pace which has been most welcomed.

This weekend is half term so I my schedule will be all over the place as I spend some time with fam.

Only one sound bath this week at Sherburn in Elmet on Thursday spaces left so come cosy up 🥰 link in bio or message me as always if unsure.

Looking forward to slow living, cosy candlelit nights and all the autumnal feels how about you?! 🍁🍂

OCTOBER SOUND BATHS 🍂

Is anyone else feeling like there’s 47 things to do and absolutely no time to do any of them?!

We’re heading into the darker months, the diary is filling up, and if you’re anything like me, your brain has about 16 tabs open at any given moment.

Which is exactly why I think we need these little pockets of time where we get to do absolutely nothing.

A chance to properly switch off from the outside world for a bit.
