I used to think I had to leave my home to create a sacred space. Somewhere beautiful, somewhere proper - somewhere that looked the part!
And the places I’ve worked from have been so beautiful …but they weren’t mine. So this feels like a little full-circle moment.
I’ve realised there is something really beautiful about opening the door of your own home and saying: come in, take your shoes off, exhale, you don’t have to be anywhere else for a while.

You arrive, we have a little time to settle and talk about where you’re at, and then you get to lie down, completely supported, while I work with Reiki and sound to create a deeply restful, grounding space.
It’s for when you feel full - Busy head, tired body, too much going on or feeling a little disconnected from yourself.
You don’t need to have a big reason to come. Sometimes you just need an hour where nobody is asking you to do anything.

I created this for the moments in life where you can feel that something has shifted.
A relationship ending.
A chapter closing.
Becoming a mother.
Leaving a job.
Moving home.
A friendship changing.
Grief.
A birthday that makes you stop and think.
A version of yourself you’ve simply outgrown.
Or sometimes…You can’t quite put your finger on what it is.
You just know you aren’t who you were, but you haven’t quite met who you’re becoming yet.
That’s where Held comes in.
This is a deeply personal, 3 hour 1-2-1 ceremony created around you.
There is no script because your story is the ceremony.
It’s about honouring where you’ve been, acknowledging where you are, and consciously stepping towards what comes next.
