🎪🎶 That’s a wrap on Lindisfarne Festival 2026! 🩺⛺

It’s been great to be back! 🙌

Our Medical Centre has been a bustle of activity all weekend, with our teams dealing with everything from medical emergencies to minor injuries, illnesses, bumps, scrapes and the occasional festival mishap! 🩹

It’s certainly kept us busy, but we’ve loved being back and playing our part in helping keep everyone safe while they enjoyed an amazing weekend. 💚

A huge thank you to our fantastic medical and welfare teams who have worked incredibly hard around the clock throughout the festival, and to all the teams, organisers and services we’ve worked alongside.

And thank you to everyone who popped in to see us to say thank you! 🙏

Most importantly, we hope everyone had a fantastic time, made some brilliant memories and is heading home safely.

📍 From London to Lindisfarne! 🚑💜

What a difference a week makes!

Last weekend, our teams were right in the heart of Notting Hill Carnival, providing welfare support at one of the UK’s biggest and busiest events.

This week, we’re heading north — all the way to the incredible Lindisfarne Festival! 🎪🎶

From the streets of London to the stunning Northumberland coast, our teams will once again be working throughout the event, this time providing medical and welfare services to help keep festival-goers safe and supported.

It’s a pretty good example of just how varied life at XL Team can be — different locations, different crowds and different challenges, but the same commitment to looking after people.

We’re expanding our clinical team and are looking for qualified HCPC Registered Paramedics to support our growing programme of events across the UK.

From professional sport and stadium events to festivals, community events and large-scale public gatherings, our casual event roles offer the opportunity to work across a varied and interesting portfolio.

We’re looking for:
🔹 HCPC Registered Paramedics
🔹 Experience working confidently and autonomously
🔹 Post-NQP experience is desirable
🔹 Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills
🔹 Professional, reliable and team-focused clinicians
🔹 Availability for casual/ad-hoc event work

🌟 Join Our Welfare Team at Notting Hill Carnival! 🌟

This August Bank Holiday, thousands of people will come together to celebrate one of the world’s largest street festivals.

We’re looking for friendly, caring and enthusiastic volunteers to join our Welfare Team and help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

You’ll be supporting attendees, providing reassurance, helping vulnerable people and working alongside experienced welfare professionals and partner agencies.
