I've been in London this week for my day job and after a busy week I've really found relaxation this morning in changing my therapy room around a little bit and displaying my new crystal facial certificate alongside my other modalities.

What a beautiful day training in crystal facials.

Today we used Rose Quartz but how fascinating that I can use other crystals like Amethyst and Clear Quartz.

For now I'll be offering Rose Quartz facials as I practice this new treatment and there will be a special Introductory price.

Always lovely to see where my candles end up and how pretty next to other handmade goodies from the Northcrafted Artisan Markets 🫶

What a lovely day at Northcrafted Artisan Markets today. We met the most wonderful people, spent time talking kokedama with curious visitors and getting to know our lovely and talented fellow stallholders 🫶

A special thank you to Joanne for organising such a welcoming market. And to our new stall neighbours, thank you for the beautiful trades 🥰

Tonight I'll be snuggling up with my new, gorgeously soft chunky knit blanket from Chunkii Knits (chunkiiknits on Instagram), admiring a beautiful piece of artwork by Alison Hall ( on Instagram) and relaxing with the scent of a rhubarb soya candle from Aroha Healing .
