Music always finds a way of reaching my soul. Tonight I meditated at the Buddhist temple in Hebburn , had a very beautiful evening. I lightened the load and nourished my mind.

If you have ever felt like you are carrying a million rocks on your shoulders , know you are not alone, you can put them down one by one or you can ask for help from someone else to lighten the load.

Letting go can be hard but rock by rock you can set your mind free.
