Ingredients:

🍠 Baked sweet potato
πŸ₯£ Soy yogurt
🍁 Maple syrup
🌼 Vanilla

Method:

1️⃣ Slice off the top of the baked sweet potato and carefully trim a small strip from one side so it sits flat.
2️⃣ Scoop out most of the sweet potato flesh, leaving enough around the edges to create a sturdy "boat".
3️⃣ Add the scooped sweet potato, soy yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Spoon the mixture back into the sweet potato boat and smooth out the top.
5️⃣ Pour over the melted vegan chocolate and chill until the chocolate sets ✨

Ingredients:

🌾 1 oil-free wrap (I use my homemade quinoa wraps)

Quinoa Wrap:

🌾 1/2 cup quinoa
πŸ’§ 1/3 cup water

Seasonings:

πŸ§„ 1/4 tsp garlic powder
πŸ§… 1/4 tsp onion powder
πŸ”₯ 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
🌢️ 1/8 tsp chilli powder
πŸ§€ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
πŸ§‚ Salt to taste

Method:

1️⃣ Soak quinoa in boiling water for 20–30 minutes. Drain and blend with water until smooth.
2️⃣ Add about 1/4 cup of the mixture to a non-stick pan and spread into a thin circle. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
3️⃣ Slice into triangles and place evenly onto parchment paper. Sprinkle over all the seasonings and bake at 180Β°C for 5–10 minutes until crispy ✨
