If you’d like to book a 1-2-1 session or join a Relaxation and Reiki group session Monday 6pm or Thursday 7.15pm pls contact me.

Also my next level one reiki training day is perfect for helping yourself - managing stress, becoming more intuitive and helping your body to heal. Even if you’ve never had reiki before the training day (I hadn’t!) you can still do this.

What a cracking weekend for getting outdoors 🌞. I’ve been lucky to be out walking in the hills, cycling and spending lots of time in my garden🌱. I had a special spiritual visitor land on my hand while watering my plants… the dragonfly stayed for nearly 10 minutes on my hand ❤️😊

Just the simple things, feeling blessed to relax and eat outdoors, read and just simply be. Oh and get lots of washing’s out and dried 🙌🏻

I hope you’re all getting some vitamin D and quiet times.

I’m working tomorrow on the bank holiday and have some availability at 1pm and 3.30pm.

Also tomorrow night ‘Relaxation and Reiki’ session might be outdoors in my garden if it’s quiet and warm. Still 3 spaces left, £12 incl tea and cake. Gartcosh area
