This visual explains really well why you feel better for many days after reiki.

To have a treatment that lowers stress, anxiety, can improve sleep, digestive problems and help you feel a greater clarity and balance again in your life… it’s quite special.

The unique nature of how reiki energy flows is that you will feel different EVERY time you receive healing. The reiki energy meets you where you are in that day, that moment. The healing is intuitive and flows where it’s needed for your higher good (not always where you might be wishing it to go!)

I offer a range of sessions -

🙏🏽 45 min reiki treatment £40
🙏🏽 90 minute reiki with coaching and goal setting £80
🙏🏽 yoga and reiki healing 1 hour £55

What a lovely day for a hike ☀️

A fresh Autumnal feel in the air, with the berries already ripe and my homemade fruit scone for a snack 🙌🏻

Today I ventured up Ben Ledi, a mountain I’ve been climbing for decades but never done the loop before. I don’t know why, just uncertain of the route and staying with what I’ve always known.

But it didn’t disappoint with new challenges and views and a longer hike all round.

Tomorrow is a new moon in Virgo, and you’re not mistaken if you are feeling deeper in your thoughts and being gently guided to move into new chapters and behaviours.
