So excited for the Scotland Summer Showdown Charity Match this Sunday! It means so much to us to have such amazing support from everyone involved. All money raised for All Minds will go straight to providing free counselling sessions for those who need support with their mental health.

Charity entries are now open for the Scottish Half Marathon 2026, taking place on Sunday 16 August.

Join other All Minds runners and take on this scenic challenge while raising vital funds to help our communities.
All proceeds help fund free counselling across Scotland. Fundraising support provided.

Run along the East Lothian Golf Coast and finish in the grandstand at Musselburgh Racecourse.

Did you know that we now provide relationship counselling? This can be for couples, or even for a parent and a child (if the child is 16 or over), and can be so beneficial in healing ruptures in relationships, or building deeper connections and understanding.
