Starting an aesthetic practice isn't easy, and like everyone, I made my fair share of mistakes early on!! Here are the 3 big ones I had to learn the hard way:

1️⃣ The Pricing Trap: Dropping prices out of desperation backfires. You’re a medical professional—charge for your skill, not just the product.

2️⃣ Being Invisible: Clients won't just magically find you. Start filming video on day one to build real trust

3️⃣ Not Saying "NO": Turning down the wrong patient isn't losing business—it's protecting your integrity, registration and safety.
