Sun exposure doesn’t just increase the risk of sunburn. It can also contribute to dehydration, fatigue, reduced performance and long-term skin damage.

A few simple habits can make a big difference:

How much exercise do you actually need each week? 🤔

For general health and injury prevention, current guidelines recommend:

✅ 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week
or
🔥 75 minutes of vigorous exercise per week
plus
💪 2 strength sessions targeting all major muscle groups

This could look like:
• 30-minute brisk walks, 5 days a week
• Two short strength sessions focusing on legs, core, and upper body

Regular movement helps maintain:
✔ Joint health
✔ Muscle strength
✔ Balance and mobility
✔ Long-term injury resilience
