I became a coach because I wanted to help people take back control of their mental health.

To help someone who feels completely lost, overwhelmed or trapped in their own mind find their way back to themselves.

And I will never take for granted what a privilege that is.

To be trusted by someone when they are at their lowest point.
To sit beside them while we unpack it all

But there is another part of the work I do that I don’t think I appreciated when I first became a coach.

It happens when I’m on holiday.
On Christmas Day.
On a day off.

When I’m not actively having sessions.

The text message.
The message that arrives months, sometimes even years later.

I get a message telling me they’ve started a business.
They’ve met someone.
They’ve taken an opportunity they would previously have talked themselves out of.
They’ve moved somewhere new.
They’re doing things they once didn’t believe they were capable of.

And THAT is when I really see the power of the work.

Because the transformation doesn’t end when the coaching ends.

It ripples into everything.

The choices they make.
The risks they take.
The relationships they create.
The opportunities they say yes to.
The life they believe they deserve.

That is why I don’t just want to help people feel better.

I want to help people build an Unbreakable Mindset — one that gives them the belief, self-trust and control to keep creating a life long after our work together has finished.

And when those clients come back and let me see the ripple effect…
There is no greater privilege. ❤️

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you’ve settled for until something makes you stop and think:
I don’t want my life to look like this anymore.

I spent years struggling with depression.
I lost my fiancé to su***de.
And then, just when things were starting to look up — I had a good job, I’d bought my first flat — I started struggling
with food and became bulimic.

That was my rock bottom.
My “I don’t want struggle to always be my norm” moment.

After all that why was that my rock bottom?

After a lot of case studies, what I’ve come to discover is there’s a strange safety in struggle when it’s all you’ve ever known.

You expect the worst.
You don’t get your hopes up.
You convince yourself there’s no point in trying because you’ll be more disappointed when it doesn’t work out.

Until eventually, staying where you are becomes more painful than doing something about it

And that’s when everything can shift.

You start fighting for yourself.
You stop accepting crumbs.
You start believing your life could be so much bigger than this.

You don't need to wait till it's rock bottom to change
You simply need to figure out what part of your identity is keeping you stuck

That’s a huge part of what I teach through my Unbreakable Mindset® methodology — getting beneath the layers of what you’ve accepted, uncovering what’s actually keeping you stuck, and ripping apart the limits you’ve put on what’s possible for you.

Because you’re capable of so much more than the life you’ve learned to settle for.

So if you’re in a season that feels really freaking hard, ask yourself:
If i was ready to fight for my future what do I truly want?

Maybe one day you’ll look back and think:
That was my turning point.

You might not be grateful for what happened.

But you might be incredibly proud of who you became because you decided not to stay there.

I was her.
The girl who struggled at school.

The girl who grew up believing she wasn’t the clever one.
The girl who didn’t dare get too excited because good things just didn’t seem to happen to her.

And when something did go well, I was almost waiting for the thing that would go wrong.

I thought that was just my life.

Life was hard.

I struggled with depression.
I lost someone I loved deeply to su***de.
I got a decent job and genuinely believed I wasn’t good enough for it.

But here’s what I understand now that I didn’t understand then...

If you believe you’re not good enough, a setback isn’t just a setback.
It’s:
“See. I knew it.”

If you believe good things don’t happen to you, you wait for life to go t**s up...
Rather than becoming determined to make life happen for you.

That’s the work I became obsessed with.

Not just helping people feel better.

Understanding why they think, behave and respond the way they do — and changing what’s underneath it.

Because the life I once thought wasn’t possible for someone like me...
became the life I decided to build.

And that’s what I want for my clients.

Not just to overcome what they’re struggling with now.

But to understand themselves deeply enough to stop letting their past dictate their future.

Because your pain doesn’t have to be the end of your story.
It can become part of the reason you build something extraordinary.

I’m not saying don’t self-soothe.
Absolutely comfort yourself.

No one wants to walk around an anxious mess.
But don’t stop there.

Do the work.

Figure out why you’re anxious.
Because there’s always, always something at the end of the thread.

You just need to keep pulling.

Keep asking questions.

Keep digging.

What triggered me?
What am I making this mean?
What am I afraid will happen?
What am I avoiding?

And sometimes the answer might be a belief.
Sometimes it’s a situation you need to deal with.
Sometimes it’s something you’re avoiding.
And sometimes it might even be something physical or hormonal.

The point is...

Don’t just make the feeling go away. Get curious about it.

Because being comfortable with being uncomfortable is part of creating the life you actually want.

The business.
The relationship.
The promotion.
The friendships.
The bank account.

All of these things will require you to do things that feel uncomfortable.

So regulate yourself enough to think clearly...

Then get to work.

What is your anxiety trying to tell you?

Comment below — I’d genuinely love to know what comes up for you.

The universe doesn’t always deliver us what we want...

It delivers us what we need.

Sometimes that’s an opportunity.

Sometimes it’s a lesson.

Sometimes it’s a redirection that only makes sense when you look back.

Hands up if you know this to be true 🙋🏽‍♀️

I stumbled across the word pronoia last week.

It means the belief that life is secretly working in your favour.

What I love about pronoia is that it’s not toxic positivity.

It’s not pretending everything is perfect.

It’s trusting that even when life doesn’t go to plan...

There might be a redirection.

That the opportunity you desperately wanted wasn’t the right one.
That the relationship ending was making space for the right person.
That the setback was preparing you for something bigger.

Even if you can’t see it yet.

That’s a far better way to move through life than believing the world is against you,
That its not going to work out for you
That your fears are going to manifest

And the energy you get from walking in “pronoia” moving through life expecting good things...

You show up differently.
You notice opportunities you would’ve missed.
You recover from setbacks more quickly.
You stop seeing rejection as the end of the story.

And you keep taking action because you trust that life is unfolding as it should.

Boom!!

I expand on all of this and give you a lush little daily exercise to do in this week’s podcast “Unbreakable Mindset”

Hands up if you need a little more pronoia in your life today. 🙋🏼‍♀️

To feel like this is how life will always be...

Is one of the most painful parts of struggling.

Whether that’s with anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm or simply feeling stuck.
Because after a while, you stop believing things can change.

I spent years struggling with anxiety.
Therapy gave me a space to talk, and I’m grateful for that.
But when the session ended...

My life was still the same.
The anxiety was still there.
The fear was still there.

And the hardest part wasn’t the anxiety itself.
It was believing that this was just who I was.

When you start believing that...
Every setback becomes proof.

You don’t get the job? “Of course I didn’t.”

Your relationship struggles? “This always happens to me.”

You struggle with finances “I’ll never have enough money”

You stop seeing challenges as temporary...
And start seeing them as part of your what your life is about.

That’s why I wanted to share those reults

Because every single person in it started from a place where they couldn’t see a way forward.

Some struggled with anxiety.
Some had no confidence.
Some had lost all motivation.
Some felt completely overwhelmed by life.

None of them believed they’d feel the way they do today.

If someone came to mind while reading this...

Send it to them.

Sometimes the greatest gift you can give someone is the belief that life doesn’t have to stay this way.
