Hope all the wonderful daddies had a lovely Father’s Day Sunday. All our children were so excited to create some lovely crafts for their dads. We had badges, cards, fingerprint art, portraits and shortbread cookies.. which the children had to try very hard not to eat themselves!!😆👨🏼👨🏽👨🏻

What a lovely day at the alpaca farm today🦙 The kids absolutely loved getting to feed them all. There were over 122 alpacas there in total crazy! One of the many hands on learning experiences we have here at Bright Stars 🌟 A great way to improve their social & skill development as well as being educational learning about the animals.

Today our focus has been around feelings 😊☹️. One of the children had their first trial day at big school and said they felt scared. We used this opportunity to explore what different feelings we had and how we all currently felt. We done some activities relating to this, sorting the different feelings into the boxes and then read The Colour Monster which helped explore this further 🫶🏼

Today we have been learning about our teeth🦷🪥 We listened to the dentist who told us how to clean our teeth properly in circular motions and why it’s important. They each got a pack to take home with a timer, toothbrush and toothpaste.⏳They each practiced the circular motions cleaning the dirty teeth. They used their pen control to practice the different ways of cleaning and also put in sequence the order in which we clean our teeth. A busy day for our little ones 👧🏼👦🏽
