Iβm excited to launch the first public open-access training event from Shep Training:

This is a milestone event for me and for Shep Training.
Iβm opening accredited training to individuals, organisations and businesses across Grantham, Newark, Lincoln and surrounding areas.

Mental Health First Aid and Safeguarding are different responsibilities, but they share one purpose: Protecting people.
Both rely on recognising concerns early, responding appropriately, communicating confidently and creating safer environments for staff, children, young people, vulnerable adults and the public. Together they help create healthier, safer and more supportive workplaces and communities.
