How Often Should I Have A Session ??

When your whole bodily systems have been in stress mode, in constant go go go, it becomes tense, tight, you may feel drained, anxious, or simply feeling like you just need some balance.

Self Care To The Mind Body & Soul is such an important balance to life.

3 weekly sessions can help gently release built-up tension, calm an overstimulated nervous system, and give your body the space it needs to reset and restore.

Monthly sessions can really help maintain this balance. But I will always say listen to your body, because your body will tell you when your ready 🩵

I have new availability for the next year as I start my new journey studying herbal medicines at Uni🌿 Eeeeeeeks !!
I am really looking forwards to integrating this into my work 🥰

I better get my self pre booked in for massages and sound baths for the rest of the year, I reckon I’m gonna have to up my self care game for this😂

My new availability is:

Most Mondays (11am-3pm)
Some Fridays (1pm-7pm)
Some Sundays (11pm-1pm)

I’m still in the process of changing this on my website so just Message me to book if you can’t find the availability on my website 🫶☺️

I am so grateful and proud for showing up to my own personal healing journey again and again,

Our favourite little ritual lately 🤎

Pachakuti cacao made into the most delicious, rich, earthy hot chocolate. 🍫

It’s naturally warming and uplifting, and such a lovely way to slow down, get cosy and come back to yourself.

We’ve been enjoying it at home, we all love it 😋
