✨ A little update ✨
Sometimes life throws you a little speed bump and you find yourself thinking, where the f**k is my balance?! 😂 ……But we can find our way back !!!
Lately, I’ve been focusing on finding that new balance since starting my new journey with Herbal medicine🪴, learning new tools, revisiting old ones, and making time for the things that keep me grounded…… Meditation, mindfulness, sound, having the right people around me, lots of ME time with the horses🐴, and plenty of family time🤍
I share my experiences because I still go through life’s moments and I show you that no matter what is in your path, you can find your way back with the correct support,
Personal development really is a forever journey and becoming aware on where to focus your energy; what feeds you and what doesn’t is huge!…Especially for those people pleasing tendencies!!. Showing up for yourself is no 1 priority!!!!
