Just wanted to say a couple of words about why I've added the T&Cs to the top of my booking page (especially the bit about inappropriate behaviour).

First of all, this is absolutely not aimed at any of my clients!! Every single one of you has been lovely and I've never had any problems with inappropriate behaviour from anyone who's booked through the online booking system!

Unfortunately, like a lot of therapists, I do occasionally get calls and messages asking for "happy endings" or other extras. To be honest, these messages make me feel quite anxious, uncomfortable and disrespected.

I've added the T&Cs to the top of the booking page to make it crystal clear that I only provide professional massage treatments and to hopefully put off anyone thinking of contacting me for anything else.

So please don't think this is aimed at anyone personally. It's just something I've put in place to protect myself and my business.

Just a little update on this FASCIAnating treatment! 🥰

I've absolutely loved offering CORE Fascial Release over the last couple of months, and I've seen some results that have made me think ✨ MAGIC ✨!!!

I'm also excited to share that end of this month I'll be heading back to Edinburgh for further CORE training. This training will cover more of the neck & jaw work (as well as other things).

Having now done this treatment many times, I've come to the conclusion that it really needs to be a 90-minute session. This allows enough time for us to work through the body without having to rush.

With that in mind, the current introductory offer will be ending at the end of June. From July onwards, CORE Fascial Release will be offered as a 90-minute treatment and will be priced at £85, bringing it in line with my other treatments.

If you've been thinking about trying it, or would like another session at the introductory rate, now is the perfect time to book before the price change!! 😊

We had such a lovely time helping everyone chill out and relax on their special occasion. 🤗

CORE Fascial Release.

Every treatment looks different, but the idea is the same. We work together to find areas of tension. I help guide the fascia, and you move your body to find that sweet spot where things start to release.

We always start around the diaphragm and psoas, the core of the body, and then work through the rest, following the connections that run through you. It's not about forcing change, but allowing the body to release what it's been holding whether is tension, pain or stress. The “release” can feel like a big sigh, heat or shaking in the area, or a sense of calm. 💙

This treatment can be helpful if you're dealing with chronic tension, limited movement, feeling stuck both physically or emotionally.

I’m looking for 1 person to be a model for a CORE Fascial Release session this week (for free).

I’d like to film a session to use for my social media so people can see what the treatment looks like.

Ideal if you:
– Have ongoing tightness, pain or feel “stuck” in your body
– Are happy to give feedback after the session (and a few days later)
– Are comfortable being filmed (need you to sign a consent form)

Sharing some lovely feedback from a client after her first CORE Fascial Release session. 🥰

This lady came to me with plantar fascitis (foot pain) and restricted, painful movement in her shoulder. The email was sent to me a day after her treatment. 😍

Everyone who's had a full treatment of CORE with me has reported back saying they've felt loads better after their sessions.

CORE Fascial Release is quite different from the other treatments I offer as it’s much more interactive. We work together using gentle touch, movement and breath to help the body release tension. 🍃

It’s still early days for me with this work, but feedback like this makes me really excited to keep doing it and offering it more.
