It’s hard to put into words just how much Andys Man Club Leeds Bramley (Andys Man Club Leeds) has done for me.

The support, the understanding, and the reminder that it’s okay to talk have helped me through some difficult times. The lads I’ve met along the way have become a huge part of my journey, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

I’m proud to say I’m in a position where I can start giving something back to a charity that’s given me so much.

This special edition T-shirt means more than just a new bit of kit to wear. It represents hope, support, and the conversations that save lives. I’ll wear it with pride, knowing I’m helping raise awareness and supporting an incredible cause.

To everyone who’s supported me on my journey—thank you. And to anyone who might be struggling right now, please remember: It’s okay to talk. 💚

At Andy’s Man Club Bramley, you’ll never be judged for how you’re feeling. Whether you’ve had a tough week, a tough year, or you’re carrying something you’ve never spoken about before, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

You don’t have to be perfect.

You don’t even have to talk.

You can simply come along, have a brew, grab a biscuit, and listen until you’re ready. There is no pressure—just a room full of men who understand because many of us have been where you are.

Hi, I’m John, Group Co-Lead at Andy’s Man Club Bramley.

A while ago, I was the man sat in the car.

Week after week, I’d drive there, sit outside, and then drive home again. Walking through those doors felt like the hardest thing I’d ever do.

Eventually, I took that first step, and I can honestly say it changed my life.

Andy’s Man Club gave me a place where I could be myself, where I realised I wasn’t on my own, and where I found support from men who genuinely understood.

Now it’s my turn to give something back.

As Group Co-Lead at Bramley, I want every man to know that if you’re sat in the car wondering whether to come in… do it.

You don’t have to talk.

You don’t have to explain yourself.

Just come in, grab a brew, have a biscuit, and sit with us. And if you need a hug, there’s one waiting too.

I promise, you won’t regret taking that first step.

Hi, my name is Peter Dockerty.

Two years ago, I walked through the doors of Andy’s Man Club. I’ll be honest it was so hard.

Looking back, it was the best decision I’d made in a long, long time.

I’ve learned that men talking is vital. So many issues can be worked through when you realise you’re not alone.

Every man is important, and every man deserves support.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along, please give us a try.

💙 ANOTHER POSITIVE MONDAY NIGHT AT ANDY’S MAN CLUB BRAMLEY 💙

This week, 14 men walked through our doors.

Even more encouraging, 4 of those men came for the very first time.

That takes courage.

We know that walking through the door for the first time can be the hardest step. It takes strength to try something new, especially when you’re carrying things on your own.

To those four men thank you for trusting us. We hope you felt welcomed, supported and realised that you’re not alone.

To the other ten men who came back, thank you for continuing to make Andy’s Man Club Bramley the safe, supportive space that it is. Every conversation, every brew, every nod of understanding helps another man feel that little bit less alone.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along but keep talking yourself out of it, let this be your sign.

You don’t have to talk.
