We had a spooktacular time at our Halloween party! 🎃👻 Everyone enjoyed lots of fun, laughter and spooky games, with plenty of Halloween treats, music and dancing along the way. There were lots of smiles, fantastic costumes and wonderful memories made. A fang-tastic day was had by all! 🦇🕸️

This week we attended Ravenscliffe schools transition event. It was a great opportunity to meet new people, share information about the activities and support we offer, and highlight how we encourage independence, confidence and friendships in a fun, welcoming environment. Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us and find out more about what we do! Big thankyou to two of our service users and of course our staff member Sarah for doing a wonderful job at promoting our service we're looking forward to inviting some of the Ravenscliffe students in for a sneak peak and some fun filled activities 😀

We had another fun morning with It’s a twin thing. Spending time with friends while crafting is a wonderful way to relax, get creative and have fun together. Whether we're making something special, sharing ideas or having a good laugh, crafting brings everyone together and creates lovely memories.

A little trip to Robertshaws garden centre for their pumpkin patch and to grab a few sweet treats from the farm shop 🎃

Autumn is in full swing, we've recently started our Find Your Voice sessions, 10 weeks of coming together as a group singing and taking part in creative arts focusing on improving everyone's mental health and wellbeing. This week we have also started making some lovely autumn/Halloween table centre pieces 🥰

World Mental Health Day is celebrated on 10th October to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and wellbeing. 💚💛
It reminds us that it’s okay to talk about our feelings, ask for help, and support one another. By spreading kindness, listening without judgement, and looking out for each other, we can help break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a happier, more supportive community where everyone feels valued and understood.
