It’s time we gave Nathalie a proper CO9 welcome! 💛

Nathalie has actually been with us for a little while now, and although she’d never worked in care before joining us, she has certainly thrown herself into it and become part of the CO9 family.

She’s quirky, slightly eccentric and always up for a good chat 😂 and most importantly, she has an absolute heart of gold. 💛

Nathalie has travelled the world 🌍, loves her healthy food 🥗 and absolutely adores her doggies 🐶 and her children ❤️.

She brings plenty of personality, life experience and warmth to the team.

First of all… CO9 hasn’t turned into Love Island, for the record! 😂❤️
We just happen to have beautiful staff, with even more beauty on the inside! 🥰

Maddie has been with us for a short while now and has settled into the CO9 family so well. She’s already become a firm favourite with some of our clients, which really says it all. ❤️

Maddie has worked in the care sector for some time and previously worked as a Senior Carer, bringing lots of valuable experience with her. Her calm, patient and kind nature shines through in everything she does, and it’s been a real delight having her join our team.

She’s a hard worker who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and get the job done, but equally, she’s never too shy to ask for help when she needs it — exactly what being part of a good team is all about. 🥰

Outside of work, Maddie loves spending time with her partner and especially enjoys spending time with her little brother. ❤️

I think everyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside Maddie will agree that she is a wonderful addition to our team.

We’d love to officially welcome Molly to the team! 💙

Although Molly has only been with us a short while, the incredible feedback from every client she has visited has been amazing. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and caring nature shine through in everything she does, and it’s clear she’s already making such a positive impact.

Outside of work, Molly loves spending quality time with her family and her little boy. She is an incredible mum, and her caring personality extends into every part of her life.

She really is an all-round lovely lady, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our team. We know our clients will continue to love having Molly support them, and we can’t wait to see her flourish with us.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made our afternoon so special! ❤️

A very special thank you to all of our amazing staff who gave up their own time to help. Your support, kindness, and hard work are so appreciated, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

We hope all of our clients and staff had a fantastic afternoon – it certainly looked like everyone had lots of fun!

A big thank you to the Lion pub in Sible Hedingham for letting us use their hall, and to John for coming along and entertaining us with his singing. Your generosity and support mean so much.

Events like this take a lot of planning and organisation, so seeing it all come together and watching everyone enjoy themselves makes it all worthwhile. I think we’ll all sleep well tonight! 🤣

We’re also delighted to say that we raised £147 for Farleigh Hospice! 🎉

Thank you once again to everyone who attended, donated, helped, and supported us. We couldn’t have done it without you! 💙

Today, Helen took our lovely lady round to visit Steph’s house to spend some time with little Frankie, who she absolutely adores. ❤️

Steph had a beautiful surprise waiting for her a baby doll of her very own. It was such an emotional moment to see how naturally she interacted with and cared for her new baby from the very first cuddle. The love, tenderness and nurturing instinct she showed was simply incredible to witness.

Needless to say, there was no chance she was leaving without her precious baby! 🥰

Seeing her face light up with such pure joy reminded us just how important meaningful moments like these are. She really is our little gem. 💎

Frankie had the best time too, proudly showing off all of her dance moves, filling the room with smiles and laughter. It truly was a lovely visit all round, creating memories that will stay with us forever.

It’s moments like these that remind us that kindness, love and companionship can make the biggest difference. 💖
