DAY 2 💧Aromatherapy Awareness Week 💧

🗣“When your nervous system is loud… scent speaks louder”

You know that feeling when everything feels like too much at once?

🤯Your mind is like your phone, juggling a million open tabs with demanding calls coming in
🫤Your body feels tight and tense for no obvious reason
🫩And even resting just doesn’t quite hit the spot

Yeah… That’s your nervous system asking for a break!

And this is where aromatherapy quietly steps in 🌿

Because scent doesn’t ask anything of you ... no expectations, nothing to "do" .. it doesn’t even ask you to explain yourself.
It just… supports!

One inhale can start shifting what hours of overthinking can’t.

🌱 Lavender - takes the edge off
🌱 Bergamot - lifts the weight
🌱 Frankincense - brings you back into your centre

Not because they instantly “fix” anything… but because they remind your body how to let go.

Day 7: So How Does It All Fit Together? 💜✨

Well, we've reached Day 7!

This week I've shared a little about the different sessions I offer and what they can help with.

And if you're anything like some of my clients, you might be thinking...

"They all sound lovely, but which one do I need?" 🤔

Sometimes you don't know, and that's absolutely okay, maybe you don't need to know!

✨️ People often come to me asking for one thing and leave realising something completely different was needed too.

Thats because we're not just a body with an ache or pain.
We're not just a busy mind.
We're not just muddled emotions.

Everything is connected.

• Stress can show up physically.
• Emotions can affect our energy.
• Life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves without us even realising it.

That's why I love working holistically.

💆‍♀️Whether it's Reflexology, Reiki, Emotional Release, Essential Oils, Meditation, Soul Mentoring or a blend of several things, my approach is always about connecting to what you need.

Some sessions are about clarity where they create those lightbulb moments where suddenly everything makes sense. 💡

And sometimes a session simply gives you permission to stop carrying the weight of the world for an hour ❤️

At the heart of everything I do is helping people reconnect with themselves.

Day 6: Soul Mentoring 💜✨

How often do you find yourself saying, "I'm lost"?

And you know what? You're not lost at all, and don't need to travel the world to "find yourself".

You're actually sitting in the space between who you've been and who you're becoming.

That in-between place can feel uncomfortable and confusing. The old version of your life no longer fits, but the new path hasn't fully revealed itself yet.

Not in a dramatic way.

Just that somewhere between looking after everyone else, dealing with life's challenges and trying to keep all the plates spinning, you've become disconnected from who you really are and what you truly want.

It's something I see often.

People come to me feeling stuck, uncertain, lacking confidence, questioning their direction, or knowing something needs to change but not knowing where to start.

That's where Soul Mentoring can help.

This isn't about me having all the answers or telling you how to live your life.

It's about creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what's going on, reconnect with your inner wisdom and begin to trust yourself again.

Together we may use conversation, intuitive guidance, energy work, breathwork, meditation, essential oils or other "tools" that feel right for you in the moment.

Because no two people are the same, no two sessions are the same either. Each session intuitively unfolds for the individual 💗

What I love most about this work is seeing those moments of clarity when someone suddenly sees things differently, remembers their own strength, or realises they already knew the answer deep down. 😀

Sometimes we don't need someone to tell us what to do. We just need someone to walk alongside us while we find our own way forward.

And sometimes, what feels like being lost is actually the beginning of finding yourself. 💜✨

Day 5: Meditation and Breathwork 🧘‍♀️🌬

"I can't meditate." 😕

That's probably the phrase I hear most when people first come to a meditation class or session.

Usually what they mean is, "I can't stop thinking."

So ... meditation isn't about having an empty mind.

If that were the goal, most of us would fail before we'd even sat down! 😆

Meditation is simply creating space to pause amongst the busyness of life. A chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and give your mind and body an opportunity to rest.

When we combine meditation with conscious breathing, something beautiful can happen. The nervous system begins to settle, the body rests, and we move out of constant "doing" mode and into simply "BEing."

Over the years I've seen people use meditation and breathwork to help with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, sleep, confidence, emotional wellbeing and simply finding a little more peace in their day.

I also love adding other supportive elements into my meditation sessions. Essential oils, crystal energy, gentle sound, breathwork and healing energy all work beautifully together to help settle busy minds, encourage deeper relaxation, bring clarity and occasionally, really profound AHA moments. ☺️

One of the most powerful thing we can do for ourselves is stop, be still, and listen to what our mind, body and heart have been trying to tell us they need. 💜

💧Day 4: Essential Oils & Emotional Wellbeing 🪻

Have you ever noticed how a scent can completely shift your mood in an instant?

That’s one of the reasons I love working with essential oils in my sessions.

I use oils in a really intuitive way, not just for their aroma, but for how they support you mentally, energetically, emotionally and physically.

Depending on what you need in the moment, I may use oils energetically, topically, or through inhalation in the session. Sometimes it’s one single oil that feels like the perfect match… other times it’s a carefully chosen blend that supports what’s coming up for you.

I mainly work with oils in a very bespoke way, using dowsing with my trusted pendulum. It’s often a real “wow” moment in session, because the synchronicities in the oil selection tend to feel incredibly aligned and almost magical in how accurate they are. 👌

What I love is how they fit into the session alongside everything else, gently supporting emotional release and helping your system feel calmer, safer and more balanced as things shift.

And sometimes, if continued support feels helpful between sessions, you may be given something to take home with you, like a personalised blend, a sniffy stick, or a cream, so you can keep working with that same supportive energy in your everyday life. 💝

I'm creating a brand-new 6-session meditation journey for beginners, held in my cosy Relax Room with space for an intimate 4 participants.

This isn't just about learning to meditate during the sessions. My intention is to help you build a simple, sustainable practice that you can continue at home long after the course has finished.

Over 6 fortnightly sessions, we'll explore:

✨ Creating sacred space
✨ Grounding techniques
✨ Breath awareness and calming breathwork
✨ Meditation posture and comfort
✨ Working with a busy mind
✨ Heart-centred meditation and gratitude
✨ Creating a meditation routine that works for you

Each session will include teaching, meditation practice, discussion, and simple practices to use between sessions, helping you build confidence one step at a time.

🌿 As this will be the very first Sacred Stillness journey, it will be offered at a special pilot course price before future courses are expanded and developed.

Day 2: Reiki & Energy Healing

This might sound a little strange to some, but have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt uncomfortable... or completely at ease?

Most of us accept that we can feel the energy of a place or a person without really thinking about it.
Yet when it comes to our own energy, how we feel, we often ignore it.

Sometimes people come to see me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotional, disconnected, exhausted or simply not themselves.
They can't always explain why.
They just know something feels "off."

✨ Reiki is a gentle, natural yet powerful way of restoring balance, aligning energy and encouraging relaxation.

✨ It can help calm a busy mind, ease emotional overwhelm and create a sense of peace and clarity.

✨ Many people describe feeling lighter afterwards, as though they've put down a heavy backpack they didn't realise they were carrying.

✨️ I find it really beautiful that Reiki isn’t something that only happens in a “Reiki session” with me… it naturally weaves through everything I do.

So whether you’re having Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Ear Candling or even working with essential oils, crystal or oracle cards, there’s always that gentle layer of energy healing supporting the treatment.

It’s never separate… it’s all connected. 💜

✨️ One of the things I love most about Reiki is that you don't have to do anything.

Just allow yourself to rest and receive.

I've lost count of the number of times someone has arrived saying, "I don't even know why I'm emotional," only to leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves.

💗 Sometimes we don't need all the answers. We don't need "fixing".
Sometimes we simply need space to call our energy back to ourselves. 💗
