We had a wonderful morning Little Oaks Play Cafe

Whilst enjoying our iced Matcha we chatted with several expectant and new mummy’s.

Today’s topics included home birth- the considerations, how to organise, some of the essential items, thinking about other children, pain relief at home, comfort measures, hiring a birth pool (we have pools available for hire ☺️) and lots more.
We also discussed breastfeeding- getting off to the best start, paced bottle feeding, windy babies, cluster feeding, breastfeeding positions and latch.

If you are an expectant or new mummy pop along to one of our free drop in sessions.

We would be happy to chat with you;
offer guidance and answer any questions you may have - there are no silly questions and we really are passionate about supporting you at this special time.

It’s always such an incredible experience and privilege to share your birth space wherever you choose to birth your baby.

Have you considered doula support - there are many ways in which I can offer support and guidance from full birth doula packages, postnatal packages, night support, antenatal sessions or feeding support.

Every family is unique and I always tailor my support to you and your individual circumstances and needs.

Always so lovely to receive kind words from my clients.

This family requested virtual support for the birth of their second baby- my support included two in person antenatal sessions, loaning of books, tens machine and other comfort measures and the hire of a birth pool.
I was on hand to offer virtual support throughout labour and birth whenever they needed guidance or reassurance and for those early newborn weeks.
A beautiful family and my absolute privilege to support them.
