✨ Reiki Training Is Returning ✨

I'm excited to announce that I'll soon be returning to teaching Reiki! 💜🙏

After many enquiries and conversations over the past few months, I've decided it's time to share Reiki with new students once again.
I'm currently looking at venues in Altrincham or Sale and will be confirming dates and venue as soon as possible.

To start with, I will be teaching Reiki Level 1 – the perfect introduction for anyone wanting to learn Reiki for self-healing, personal development, relaxation, and supporting family and friends.

Hello, I'm Alison from Paulo Bay Wellness 💚

I am delighted to be joining Medica Clinic, Chester, where I will be offering Reiki treatments in a beautiful, professional and welcoming environment.

I am a Reiki Master Teacher with over 11 years of experience supporting clients on their wellbeing journey. I am also trained in Reiki for Palliative Care, a proud member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and was recently honoured to receive the SME UK Enterprise Award for Best Holistic Wellness Practitioner in Merseyside 2026.

✨ What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that promotes deep relaxation and supports the body's natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing. During a treatment, clients remain fully clothed while receiving a calming and restorative experience.
