Meet Sarah ❤️
Sarah is one of our wonderful Women’s Health Physiotherapists and Mummy MOT® Practitioners.
What I love most about Sarah’s approach is that she truly understands that recovery isn’t just about fixing symptoms – it’s about helping women feel confident, capable and connected to their bodies again.
As well as being a Women’s Health Physio, Sarah is also a Pilates teacher and sports massage therapist, allowing her to take a holistic approach to recovery, movement and rehabilitation.
Having experienced pregnancy and motherhood herself, she understands first-hand the challenges many women face and is passionate about helping women navigate everything from pelvic floor symptoms and postnatal recovery to returning to exercise and feeling strong again.
Sarah describes herself as a “movement optimist” – focusing on what you CAN do and helping you get back to the activities you love ❤️
