The images I can deal with but do you ever see a written post you can tell screams AI and just think “URGH”? Same. Yes, when time is short it might feel easier (the summer holiday juggle is real) and yes, it might feel like a win when you don’t have a marketing team or budget but what’s happened to creativity and connection? ✨

A few from yesterday The FoundHER Market ✨💞

An event I’ll remember forever as the one I got to see my big girl shine in a way I’ve never seen before. 🥹

Last minute FOMO got the better of Ivy just as borla and I were leaving the drive and Ivy opened the door with a ‘I’m coming!!’ 🥰 … If you know my girls then you’ll know they’re complete polar opposites.😆 In any situation, Ivy’s always been the girly who takes a while to warm up, the observer until she feels confident enough to dip a toe in before committing to whatever it is. Borla on the other hand, she’s a bit more like me I guess and chooses to ask for forgiveness instead of permission. 😆

✨ The girls love joining me at events and I love being able to share it with them but yesterday felt really special. On arriving, Ivy immediately got stuck in setting up the table and grabbing snaps, she watched me for a short while and then that was it, she was away! Chatting with all the lovely women who stopped by our stall, taking payments and handing over the juicy goods, at one point, feeling redundant in my duties 😆 borla and I headed for a walk round and we left her to it!

Big thankyou to everyone who stopped by and supported myself and the girlies yesterday and thankyou to Rebecca & Olivia for putting together a beautiful event for all. 💞

✨ That feeling of how fast time flies… one minute your working through the night to bring something you want to work around your family for you and your family and the next your little girl is 10 years old, telling you where to look for a mirror selfie full blown running the show. 🥹✨

To some this is just another snap of someone holding an NT Juice shot but to me, this photo is everything 🥰

What started as a little pot of the good stuff I created to support my daily healthy happy became our very first juice shot.

🤍 A daily ritual for many of you. Loved by families, little ones, stockists and countless events.

🧡 When I discovered juicing back in 2014, I remember sitting in lectures with my peers asking me what the heck was in that bottle of green stuff. 😆 Juicing was a big part of my healing journey back then and I’d load up every single juice I winged with buckets of ginger 😆 …. little did I know that those homemade bottles of spicy green goodness would one day become NT Juice. 🥰

It still feels surreal seeing something I created that helped me heal become part of so many other people’s wellness journeys. Seeing my juice shot in your hands in my favourite place in the world after a morning of movement and connection…. That’s pretty special 🥰

Pilates & Park Run ✨🏃‍♀️✨

Big thankyou to Kore for hosting this stunning free event in the park and to you, Glow & Grow with G.O. for guiding us all through a super spicy yet relaxing flow. 🥰 It doesn’t come easy to me, taking time out to practice things at a slower pace and I can’t say it’s at the top of my list but this morning showed me that’s exactly why I need to do this more, easing the niggles that come with training at a higher intensity and allowing the bod and mind to simply flow. ✨🤍

Turns out the event was perfectly timed to finish just before Park Run started and I’m not one to miss an opportunity 😆 … did shed a tear at the first lap forgetting how hard Lancaster Park Run is!!! But did cross the finish line absolutely buzzin set for the day!

Dreamy collab, dreamy people, dreamy start to the weekend! ☺️☺️☺️☺️
