Yesterday marked the start of our Christmas outings with our lovely clients & the smiles really do tell a tale 🎅

Beyond proud of not only our service but of our staff team, always promoting individual choices, these pictures not only show two of our clients enjoying an afternoon out, they show two clients who met through our craft afternoons and who with the support of our very own Kathy arranged their own Christmas celebrations with each other!

Please, please read this....Vale View is not just a day centre, its a life line. We have met many individuals who use this service and families of those who do too over the years. Vale View is a home from home for some, its respite for some families which enables them to have their loved ones live their lives at home with them rather than residing in 24 hour care, its a social life line for some, its companionship for the most vulnerable in society, its a place of stimulation for those who are lonely at home, its not just activities, its an extra support network, its a safe place to many. We at Bespoke Care Services stand by the importance of Vale View not just for the amazing work they do with the most vulnerable in society but also for the support offered to loved ones of those who use the service

As we go on so much about our amazing staff team (they really are amazing) we thought it would be nice to share our appreciation to our clients and their families....

The first thing we discuss with all our team during their interviews and induction is that our clients are at the centre of all that we do....we know that the whole of the care sector thrive to do this also.

What makes Bespoke Care Services different is that we dont do this because CQC (our regulators) tell us we should, we do this because we understand that our clients allow us into the most vulnerable parts of their life, our clients and their loved ones put their trust in us to support and care for them in a way that they would like us too.

Our role in caring and supporting people is promoting choice and independence at all times, for someone to trust our team to arrive on time, to prepare meals that they'll love, to support with collecting their medication, to administer their medication, to support with their personal care requirements whilst maintaining dignity at all times, for taking bins out on the correct day, for washing their clothes at the correct temperature and all of the inbetween is very special!

So today like everyday we would like to thank all our clients and their loved ones for trusting us to deliver outstanding care, it is an absolute privilege ❤️

Today we want to show appreciation to our staff team...

Whilst most people got to enjoy the sunshine this weekend our team were out in the community working in 25+ degrees heat to ensure our clients received outstanding care and support.

Today our team are out in the community working in awful weather conditions, still with a smile on their face, still ensuring our clients receive outstanding quality care and support that they deserve.

Weather is just one of the challenges that our team face on a daily basis, none of our team ever moan about the weather, because the needs of our clients always comes first and for that we are forever grateful that at Bespoke Care Services we all share the same vision, delivering outstanding quality care and support come rain or shine!

Today like everyday we want to acknowledge just how amazing are team really are 💕

Louise and Ellie strike again, yesterday some of our clients came to the office to start working on memory books....

Our clients always have amazing memories that they enjoy sharing with the team but we wanted to go that one step further and support them in showing us and sharing them with each other, the office was filled with laughter yesterday, we can't wait to see and hear more memories over the coming months!

We really are so blessed to be part of an industry where we truly do make a difference 💕

Our Community team are becoming very camera shy this week, but here we have another introduction....

Kathy joined the Bespoke family in 2020, she came to us during lock down, wanting to make a difference and what a difference she has made!

At a very scary time for us all in the care sector, with the fear of the unknown, Kathy put all her fears aside along with the rest of our team and supported our clients day in, day out, always going that extra mile, making the best of an awful situation when some of our clients at the time had never even seen us without a mask on.

Kathy is extremely passionate about delivering person centred care, always coming up with different ideas for outings, activities and ways to create positive outcomes for our clients.

Thank you for all that you do Kathy, Bespoke really wouldn't be the same without you ❤️
