Where would you turn for mental health support?
Dorset has a wide range of free mental health services but people don’t always know they’re there or who they’re for.
NHS Dorset want to change that.
Please take a few minutes to complete our short survey and help them understand:
• What people know about local mental health services
• What might stop people getting support
• What would make it easier to find the right help
Working with our partners across Dorset, they’ll use the feedback to help to improve the information available in our local communities, so that more people can find the mental health support they need.
The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete and your answers will be anonymous.
