Meet Ellie 👋

We’re delighted to welcome Ellie to the Active Health team!

Ellie graduated from Ulster University with a First-Class Honours degree and also holds a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy, with nearly two years of experience working with patients.

She’s passionate about helping people overcome pain, recover from injury and get back to doing the things that matter to them — but for Ellie, it’s also about getting to know her patients and supporting them throughout their journey.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Ellie playing hockey, in the gym, or catching up with friends and family over a walk and a coffee. ☕️

We’re really excited to have her on the team!

A fantastic day at Helen’s Bay Golf Club, with great golf, great company and plenty of fun along the way.

We loved seeing everyone out enjoying the course and were delighted to sponsor such a great event.

🎈 50 today! Happy Birthday Rachel!

Today we’re celebrating a very special birthday at Active Health as Rachel turns the big 5-0! 🥳

Rachel is at the heart of so much of what makes Active Health what it is, always full of energy, always looking for the next idea, and always passionate about helping people move well and stay active.
