Full shoulder warm up using just a resistance band 💪🏽

Great before upper body sessions, throwing, swimming, combat sports, or anytime your shoulders need some extra prep.

• Shoulder Flexion – 2 x 12
• Overhead Press – 2 x 12
• Abduction – 2 x 12
• External Rotation – 2 x 15
• Internal Rotation – 2 x 15
• Horizontal Abduction – 2 x 12

I am now taking on patients for ONLINE REHABILITATION to help you recover from your injuries and getting back to doing what you love.

Hamstring rehabilitation progression 🦵

Building strength step by step through each stage of recovery:
• Heel digs
• Straight leg raises
• Prone leg curls (no weight)
• Banded prone leg curls
• Nordic curls

Focus on control, consistency, and gradual loading to restore strength and reduce reinjury risk. Progress only when each stage feels strong and pain is manageable.

Congratulations to both of my patient for completing the recent Manchester and London marathons 👏.

Running that distance is no easy task and requires a huge amout of dedication before-hand to complete training sessions, focus on recovery and
ensure adequate nutrition.

Harry and Marie should both be super proud of themselves for completing their races and I'm sure there will be more to come 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️.

FROZEN SHOULDER 💪

🟠After 5 years of struggling with this condition, my patient has already seen noticeable improvement in shoulder range of motion after their first treatment session👏.

🟠Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) is a condition where the shoulder joint becomes stiff, painful, and restricted due to tightening and inflammation around the joint capsule. This makes shoulder movement and everyday tasks more difficult due to pain and restriction.

🟠There’s still work to do, but this is where progress starts — restoring movement, building strength, and getting back to pain-free function one step at a time.
Consistency + the right rehab plan = results. 💪
