This 7-minute habit changes how the rest of my day feels.

Do the first moments of your day reflect how you want the rest of it to feel?

This morning practice takes less than 10 minutes.

A few rounds of breathwork.
Some gentle stretching.
Spinal movement.
A moment to check in rather than check out.

It’s easy to think these practices are about improving focus, mobility, or performance. And they can help with all of those things.

But for me, the real benefit is presence.

These first few moments are an opportunity to arrive in my body, connect with my breath, and intentionally step into the day instead of being pulled into it.

Because when we’re present for these moments, we’re more likely to be present for the life that’s happening right in front of us.
