Bobby of Bentham, died suddenly at his home on Sunday 10th May 2026, aged 40 years.

Dearly loved son of Lynn & the late John, loving dad to Morris & the late Albi, much loved brother of Mark, Rikki and Lisa, special uncle, brother-in-law and good friend to many.

Bobby will be sadly missed by all his loving family, relatives & many friends.

A celebration for Bobby’s life will be held at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Friday 29th May 2026 at 2pm.

Of Hole House, Lowgill, died peacefully in the Royal Lancaster Infirmary on Thursday 14th May 2026, aged 93 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Mary, a much-loved dad, grandad and great grandad.

John will be sadly missed by all his loving family, relatives & friends.

A service of thanksgiving will be held at Caton Baptist Church on Saturday 23rd May at 11.30am, preceded by family burial at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Lowgill.

“Taxi John” of Bentham, passed away peacefully in St John’s Hospice on Wednesday 6th May 2026, aged 80 years.

Beloved husband of Helen, much loved Dad of Colin, Polly, Rob and partner Lyndsey, dearly loved grandad of Archie, Jorgie, Isabel & Josie, step grandad of James & Bella and a good friend to all who knew him.

John will be sadly missed by all his loving family, relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service will be held at St John’s Church, Low Bentham on Friday 22nd May at 11.30am, followed by interment in the churchyard.
