Staying hydrated can become more difficult as we get older, and it’s something we see often.

It’s not always obvious, but not drinking enough can start to have a real impact. Someone might seem more tired, a bit unsteady, or just not quite themselves. 🍃

Over time, dehydration can increase the risk of things like confusion, falls or infections if it’s not picked up early.

Often, it’s the small, consistent things that help most. At Fraser Elite, that might be gentle reminders, keeping drinks close by, and building it into everyday routines.

Meet the Fraser Elite Team 🩵

Carlene is the Trainer and Assessor at Fraser Elite, having started her journey with Fraser Home Care back in 2017, making her very much “home grown”.

She now delivers training across Introduction to Care, Moving & Handling, Medication and First Aid, helping both new and existing team members feel confident in their roles.

Carlene is also an SVQ/PDA Assessor and Internal Verifier, and is currently working towards her SVQ Assessor Award.

She really enjoys supporting people to build their skills and grow in confidence, which sits at the heart of everything she does.

Carlene is an integral part of Fraser Elite, and we’re very lucky to have her on the team. 🤝
