Our first Qi & Frequency was a truly beautiful way to bless and open our new multi-bed healing space. ✨

With Conor guiding a deeply immersive sound healing journey alongside personalised full-body acupuncture treatments, the evening was filled with relaxation, connection, and healing energy.

We were also delighted to launch a special giveaway, offering 3 nominated individuals the chance to receive a treatment in our sacred multi-bed space. ✨

By treating multiple clients in a shared, tranquil environment, we’re able to offer high-quality care that is both accessible and affordable, without compromising on personalised attention.

This year, we’ve made the conscious decision to keep all treatment prices unchanged, with no increase.

As the cost of living continues to rise, we know how important it is to have access to healthcare, pain relief, and restorative treatments without extra financial pressure.
At YU Integrative Health, we truly believe that healing should feel supportive, accessible, and sustainable, not like another burden.

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, reproductive health thrives on warmth, smooth circulation, and nourished Kidney energy ✨

Cold foods and iced drinks can weaken the Spleen and Yang, slowing circulation to the womb and creating “cold in the uterus” ❄️ This may show up as painful periods, clots, irregular cycles, fertility struggles, or low energy.

Instead, choose warmth:
🍵 warm teas
🥣 cooked nourishing meals
🫖 room temperature water

And don’t forget the power of a foot soak before bed ♨️
Soaking the feet helps stimulate Kidney 1 (Yongquan) — the first point on the Kidney meridian, located on the sole of the foot. This beautiful grounding point helps draw energy downward, calm the mind, support deep sleep, and nourish the Kidney system, which in TCM is the root of reproductive vitality.

Another incredible afternoon at One Suffolk College for Culture Day!

It was wonderful seeing both familiar faces and meeting new ones. Many people shared how much they benefited from trying auricular acupuncture last year, which was lovely to hear.

This time we introduced ear seeding and Bach flower remedy testing! They were a real hit! The staff and students at One Suffolk College are always so welcoming, and I genuinely have the best time every time I visit. ✨

We are pleased to offer two beautiful therapy spaces available to rent within our calm and welcoming clinic environment.

Large Studio Room
Our spacious studio can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, making it ideal for group wellness sessions such as yoga, Pilates, meditation circles, sound baths, workshops, or other therapies that benefit from a larger, tranquil setting.

Private Treatment Room
Our second room is a peaceful treatment space, perfectly suited for one-to-one therapies including massage, reflexology, reiki, and other holistic treatments.

Each room has been thoughtfully designed to create a sacred, relaxing atmosphere where both practitioners and clients feel supported, calm, and safe. Client wellbeing and safety are always our highest priority.

We are looking to work alongside practitioners who are organised, reliable, professional, and aligned with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

THE NEW SIGN IS UP 👏🏼
You’ll find us just off Landseer Road, Ipswich

Watching the team lift it into place had me feeling all kinds of reflective. I’ve poured so much back into this business, and somehow this one sign was the missing piece.

It took me right back to the moment I took down my grandad’s and dad’s old signs to put mine up at my very first clinic. This time… the sign is a lot bigger 🥹

So proud of how far YU Integrative Health has come.
