Happy 1st anniversary to 💗 Suffolk Sister Solace 💗.

Beanie you put so much effort into this evening at AMPP STUDIO and it really shows. It was fun and exciting with all the games, an abundance of treats and raffle prizes, great music and company. So glad I attended the evening. Well worth it.

What an amazing day it was yesterday, 8th Aug 2026, celebrating Jamaica Independence Day at Bourne Vale Club.

Big Up to Live Good Family and Ashanti Yard and all others involved - vendors, event staff, etc for all the good vibes at Summer Colours.

Thanks to all those who supported my stall on the day by having taster sessions, taking leaflets, showing interest. It was so encouraging.

The mayor Pat Bruce-Brown was in attendance on the day. I wonder where we will meet again. This is becoming a regular. I'm obviously attending the right places.

Too many have not had a massage in ages. Now you can get in contact and book with me to change that.

Looking forward to next year.

Thanks to the PTA at Hillside Primary School and Nursery for inviting me to be a part of the school's fundraising event on Friday 10th July 2026.

It was great to have the parents, teachers, students and vendors support by having seated massages. They benefited and understood how relaxing a massage can be.

As a mobile service I'm available to give treatments in the comfort of your own home, office, group sessions for teacher appreciation, etc.

Thanks Emma for inviting me to this event. It's great to know other organisations in Suffolk who are there to help the community.

Thanks to all who promoted naturallyvitalmassage visit to London. Especially those who booked, plan to book and plan to rebook on my next visit.

It was only short notice but some very lucky people got to experience a massage at home in Ilford, Rainham and Leytonstone.

So many positive feedbacks, I really appreciate you all. So happy I can give a massage that reminds you how important self care is and how therapeutic a massage can be.
