Ay ay Abudy!

Well I have returned to classes after a couple of months of unexpected illness. It will all have been for a learning of some sort.
Sometimes the lessons given to us are not always easy to understand nor accept, yet I feel them!

I have had a gentle return, firstly with my Lovely Linden Ladies for the last couple of weeks and added in the Newmill faithfuls last night. Foggie and Drummuir are soon to be up and running too, so watch this space and also the class chat.

Thank you all for your patience, care and kindness during this time.
Last night in class as I raised my arms and head for our gratitude, mine was for everyone who attends the classes and feels the beautiful connection and community we have amongst us.

Canna wait to see ye a'!

Little Loopy has had a great day in the session room. She has been there through chilled music, some yoga, hopi ear candles, lymphatic facial and reiki. Plus she seemed to absorb all the sounds from the Heart Chakra Tibetan singing bowl too.....she's still there, not sure when she will stir!

Totally chilled oot cat!🐈‍⬛

Totally love Wednesday Mornings at the Linden Centre in Huntly
