The B-stance RDL is a great option because it strengthens the glutes, hamstrings and lower back while teaching a strong hip hinge pattern in a stable, controlled position.

Our Rest & Recovery class is a supportive, inclusive space for anyone rebuilding after injury, illness or surgery — or managing a long-term condition.

Using mats, blocks, straps and chairs, every session is adapted to help you move well, build confidence and feel good in your body. Gentle on the body, brilliant for the mind.

Led by Helen — trained in yoga, chair yoga and Level 3 Exercise Referral — with the experience to tailor each class to exactly what you need.
