On the 3rd August 2026 Inver Surgery will be closing the prescription email. The automated phone line will still be available during working hours to order prescriptions.

Any patients who wish to order prescriptions online will need to sign up to the Patient Access.

The surgery will have appointments available soon with the admin staff for any patients who are struggling with the registration process.

SYSTEM UPDATE – Thursday 28th May

We are pleased to confirm that limited access to our clinical systems has now been restored as we continue working to resolve our recent IT issues.

Although systems are back online, performance remains significantly slower than normal and full functionality has not yet returned. Our team is currently working through the backlog that has built up over the last few days, and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this unprecedented disruption.

☎️ Please continue to use our automated prescription ordering line and allow 48–72 hours before collecting prescriptions from your nominated pharmacy.

We are aiming to return to full operational capacity by tomorrow morning.

We would like to sincerely thank all of our patients for their support, kindness and cooperation throughout this challenging situation.

Inver Surgery Service Update - 26/5/26

We are still experiencing an internet outage which means we cannot access any medical records. We envisage this will continue tomorrow morning.

For repeat prescriptions please call the automated line as normal. Please remember this normally takes 48hours for collection at your pharmacy and due to the circumstances this may be longer ( up to 72hrs).

Please use phone calls for urgent matters only while we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
