.yogi is a safe space you can come to, to nurture both your mind and body. A space where you are warmly welcomed. A space where you can let your shoulders relax. A space that leaves you feeling lighter.

We have a Morning in Nature on Saturday 22nd August at 9am and Beach Yoga & Sea dip on Sunday 30th at 8am, to round off the summer nicely. I would love you to join us!
