I have my fingers crossed for our nice weather to return.

It’s ok not to be ok.

I am one of those people that will say I am ok, when actually I’m not. Today being one of those days.

So I am taking half an hour for me. Coffee, book and millionaire shortbread.

We all forget to time that time for us. Everyone says you’re strong, you got this but it’s ok to say no I haven’t and just have a day that’s not where you need to be.

I watched a reel the tother day a man aged 44 saying this exact thing it’s ok to not be ok and it’s stuck with me. So I holding my hands up saying I’m not ok but it’s ok to feel like this 🩷🩷

Love to everyone who feels they have to be strong and keep quiet, remember you don’t have too. Take time for you 🫶 ❤️

With new followers to my page I thought it was time to reintroduce myself.

I am the face behind Anna’s Beauty. I am 49 years old or young depending at how you look at it 🤣, a proud mum to 4 amazing children, and a doggy 🐶mumma. I started my beauty therapy and massage journey 10 years ago when I wanted to throw myself into something completely different at the age of 40.

10 years later I have a lovely room hair & beauty Launceston providing massage, facials, waxing, tinting, pedicures and more. I thrive on constantly learning to help my clients get the best from their appointments.

Every client is different and has different requirements so no massage is the same. If you have areas of concern they need to be targeted but at the same time giving you time to relax and have some well earned selfcare.

No appointment is rushed your mental health and wellbeing is my priority before, during and after your appointment
