Come and join us on the 12th September at DAZL HQ from 6.00pm till 8.00pm for our Intuitive Movement & Drumming Circle.

Please note we will be moving in a darkened room with disco lights.

The evening begins with a beautiful guided meditation, gently bringing you out of the busy mind and back into the wisdom of your body. From a place of stillness, we’ll begin with soft, intuitive movements, guided gently from the floor. As the music builds, so will our movement — gradually rising onto our feet and allowing the body to respond naturally to the rhythm, beat and energy of the music.

We’ll journey through a diverse mix of sounds and rhythms. There’s no choreography to learn and no right or wrong way to move — this is about listening to your body, letting go of judgement and discovering how your body wants to express itself.

We’ll then bring the energy back down with some guided mat work, focusing on gentle strengthening and toning, followed by a nourishing stretch to release, lengthen and settle the body.

From movement, we’ll transition into the powerful energy of our drumming circle. Through call-and-response rhythms, we’ll learn to listen, respond and create together — building layers of rhythm as a group and creating our own powerful drumming riffs. There’s something incredibly grounding and uplifting about finding your rhythm alongside others.

An evening to move, sweat, laugh, connect, drum and release — coming home to your body, finding your rhythm and sharing your energy with the circle.

Heidi Thistlewood and myself are getting ready to bring you the element of fire to our Wild roots retreat in October. It's the first time I'll be working with fire so I'm so excited and a little nervous also. I can't wait to start practicing 💕so by October we should have a great little show to share with you all whilst sat around the fire in our drumming circle.

Monthly Moon circles at my Humble Abode. Come join our moon circles and sound therapy journey for just £15 for an evening of self-care and sisterhood, and to work with the beautiful Luna energy.

We are not a cult as someone mentioned to me previously, we are a small group of women who gather together in sisterhood to be seen, held and witnessed and to work with the beautiful Luna energy.
