Whether you're exploring care for the first time or simply looking for advice, Julia is often the first person you'll speak to.
Her role is to listen, understand your situation, and help you explore the options available.
No pressure or obligation.

When Julia is not talking to families, you'll often find her out and about in the community, meeting local groups, attending events, and helping people learn more about the support available to older people and their families.

If you've ever stopped by one of our community events, hospital information stands, or local groups, chances are you've already met her!

You don't need years of experience to be a great carer. You need patience, kindness and the ability to treat people properly. We'll teach you the rest. Flexible hours, paid travel and waiting time, mileage and full training.
