🌙✨ Last week, colleagues and tenants at Lea Springs came together to celebrate Eid al-Adha, recognising one of the most important festivals in the Muslim calendar.

The celebration was made extra special thanks to the creativity and generosity of our team. Emmanuel designed a beautiful Eid card, while Latifa prepared a delicious selection of traditional treats for everyone to enjoy. 💙

At Herts at Home, we are proud of the diversity within our teams and communities. Celebrating different cultures, faiths, and traditions helps us learn from one another, strengthen connections, and create environments where everyone feels valued and included. 🤝

Last week, our CEO Debbie Cutts attended the Financial Wellbeing 2026 conference, joining leaders and organisations from across the UK to explore the future of workplace wellbeing, resilience, and support for employees. 💬💡

The event featured inspiring speakers including Dame Kelly Holmes and Ben Saunders, alongside thought-provoking discussions around financial resilience, leadership, mental wellbeing, and creating workplaces where people feel supported to thrive. 🙌

One of the highlights of the day was connecting with fellow Hertfordshire County Council LATCO colleagues, including Vicky Alvedro, People Director at HCL, reflecting the shared commitment across our organisations to prioritising the wellbeing of our people and building positive workplace cultures. 🤝
