I run groups and activities for children and parents, a lot of this focussing on children's movement. I also run children's parties, after

school clubs and holiday clubs. During the night I run adults fitness classes to focus on their own health and fitness. I am really passionate about what I do and making a difference and a positive impact on children and adults lives.

🎉🎵 WHAT A PARTY! 🎵🎉

A huge thank you to the birthday child’s family for sending these fantastic photos from today’s Active Beats Party! 💙

It looks like everyone had an amazing time, and we’re so pleased to hear the party was a huge success.

From the music and dancing to the games, laughter and excitement, the children threw themselves into every activity and created some wonderful memories along the way. 🎶✨

Michelle did a fantastic job leading the party and making sure every child felt included, engaged and had lots of fun from start to finish.

There’s nothing better than seeing a room full of happy children singing, dancing, laughing and celebrating together! 🥳

Thank you again to the family for choosing Activate With Andy to be part of such a special day, and for allowing us to share these lovely photos.

GOOD MORNING ALL! 🎉

It’s birthday party day. Today we have another 2 parties booked in. This morning I have an Active Tots with Bouncelona bouncy castles party in Leyland. In our venue we use St Catherine’s primary school. A fun filled, stress free party where children can run wild and play.

This afternoon Shell has an active beats party at Walmer bridge Village hall. Active Beats is a structured music movement and dance party, perfect for the little ones aged between 2 to 4 year olds.

If you haven’t booked your party in yet, why not?😂 2026 is limited, and 2027 is now open to book. Booking early is highly advised.

🌟 Active Babies 🌟

Today at Active Babies we continued with our Disney Princess footprint artwork, and this week we created the cutest little Snow White footprints! 🍎👑 They were absolutely adorable, and we can’t wait to see the collection grow over the coming weeks.

Active Babies is such a lovely, relaxed group where little ones can explore, play and develop at their own pace. Today’s babies enjoyed a variety of toys, our ball pool and soft play equipment, giving them plenty of opportunities to develop their physical skills, coordination, confidence and curiosity through play.

Meanwhile, parents and carers were able to enjoy a brew and a biscuit while chatting with others in a welcoming and supportive environment. Groups like these are not only beneficial for babies’ development, but also provide an important opportunity for parents to connect with others, share experiences and build friendships. Parenting can sometimes feel isolating, so having a space to chat and support one another can make such a difference.

We finished our session with some singing, which is always a huge hit! Honestly, I wish I had a GoPro so I could show you just how much the babies love it. The smiles, excitement and engagement are amazing to see. Singing helps support language development, listening skills, memory and early communication, while also strengthening the bond between babies and their grown-ups.

📢 ONE-OFF FRIDAY GROUP UPDATE 📢

Next Friday, Andy is taking a well-earned day off! 😎

Originally, the plan was to cancel Active Tots and run Active Babies as normal with Michelle. However, after seeing how busy Active Tots was today, we really don’t want to lose that momentum or disappoint families who were planning to attend.

So, for ONE WEEK ONLY, we’re doing something a little different…

🎉 We’re combining Active Tots and Active Babies into one session! 🎉

The session will run just like our usual Active Tots group, but we’ll also be welcoming all our Active Babies families along too.

💙 And with Father’s Day just around the corner…

We hope this means nobody misses out on their weekly Activate With Andy fix and that both our baby and toddler families can enjoy a lovely morning together.

🎵✨ Sing and Shake ✨🎵

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Sing and Shake today! It was lovely to welcome a new little friend alongside all of our wonderful regulars. We really appreciate you choosing to spend part of your day with us. ❤️

We had so much fun singing our favourite nursery rhymes, dancing along, and playing our popular “What’s in the Bag?” game. The standout favourite today had to be Five Little Ducks – there were lots of smiles, actions, and enthusiastic quacking from both children and grown-ups! 🦆🎶

Singing is such an important part of a baby’s development. Through songs and nursery rhymes, babies are introduced to new words and sounds, helping to build their language and communication skills. Repetition helps strengthen memory, while actions and movement support coordination and physical development. Most importantly, singing together creates special bonding moments and helps little ones develop confidence in a fun and relaxed environment.

We would absolutely love to see this group continue to grow, so if you’ve enjoyed attending, we’d be so grateful if you could share our posts and spread the word to friends, family, and other parents with little ones. Your support really does make a difference and helps more families discover the benefits of our lovely group. 💕🎵

⚽🌟 MINI ATHLETES THURSDAY 🌟⚽

Wow! What a morning! 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us today and helped make it another fully booked Mini Athletes session, with a waiting list too!

The atmosphere this morning was incredible. The room was full of excitement, energy and enthusiasm from start to finish. It was fantastic to see the children working together as teammates, encouraging one another and then competing against each other in our games and challenges. One thing that always makes me proud is seeing the children celebrate each other’s successes, applauding one another and showing great sportsmanship throughout the session. 👏

⭐ Star of the Week ⭐

This week’s Star of the Week goes to Millie! 🎉

Today was only Millie’s second Mini Athletes session, but the improvement from last week was amazing to see. Her confidence, participation and understanding of the activities had come on so much in just one week.

Well done, Millie! We are all so proud of you! 💙

📅 As I mentioned in the session today, this group is now incredibly busy.

If you’re planning on attending next week, please book your place as soon as possible. Over half of the places have already been booked, and based on recent weeks, we expect the remaining spaces to go quickly.

Thank you all for your continued support. Watching these children grow in confidence, develop new skills and have so much fun each week is why we love what we do.
