Unfortunately, Sandy Lane Surgery is still experiencing disruption due to the ongoing water supply issues affecting the area, and we currently remain without running water on site.

United Utilities have advised that repairs are ongoing following a burst water main affecting the area.

As a result, some appointments may need to be rescheduled today. Our team will contact affected patients directly where possible.

Please continue to attend appointments unless you are contacted otherwise.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while these issues are resolved.

We’re pleased to let you know that our internet issue has now been resolved, and we are once again able to book appointments and access our systems as normal.

Thank you for your patience while we were without our systems for approximately 2 hours. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you please bear with us as we work through any backlog.
