Anna brings her expertise in Conscious Connected Breathing, helping participants gently explore and release stored patterns of fear, anxiety, and trauma responses held within the body. Through guided breathwork, you'll discover how conscious breathing can regulate the nervous system, create a greater sense of safety, and support emotional resilience—both in and out of the water.
