☀️🌿 In the final days of my pregnancy, while the sun was shining, this became one of my favourite daily rituals.
Bare feet on the grass. A few moments of calm. A chance to slow down and reconnect with nature before life was about to change forever. 💚
Grounding (or earthing) is the practice of connecting directly with the Earth’s surface. Research suggests it may help reduce stress, support better sleep, calm the nervous system and reduce inflammation. 🌍✨
