3 weeks down. 3 weeks to go. 🥹🤍

Somehow it’s already been three weeks since we got the keys to , and looking back at that first video I genuinely can’t believe how much has changed already.

A LOT of evenings, weekends, dust, paint, questionable DIY decisions and help from my family😂 and it’s finally starting to look like the clinic I’ve had in my head this whole time!

Now we’ve just got to finish it… 🙈

So… what actually is Core Therapy? 🤍

I’ve shared the big news, shown you the keys and subjected you all to the current state of the renovation 😂 but I realised I haven’t really explained what I’m actually trying to create here.

Core is more than me just moving treatment rooms. It’s my chance to finally create a space completely around the way I want to work and the experience I want my clients to have (and somewhere that can continue to grow with me, too)

It might currently be more dust, coving and B&Q receipts than calm private clinic… but we’ve got a few weeks yet 😂
