🚲 Cycle to Work Scheme Update

As part of our ongoing work to align staff benefits across the Group, we’re pleased to share an update to the Cycle to Work scheme.

From Monday 8 June, the ULTH offer will be enhanced to match the more flexible and generous LCHS scheme giving colleagues the best of both.

What’s changing?

For ULTH colleagues:
More choice of suppliers – including Cycle Solutions, Decathlon, and approved local bike shops

Wider range of bikes – road, mountain, hybrid and e-bikes
Higher spend limit – up to £3,500 (previously £1,000)

For LCHS colleagues:
No changes – your current offer remains the same

About the scheme

The Cycle to Work scheme is a salary sacrifice benefit open to all substantive colleagues (as long as salary remains above the National Living Wage after deductions).

Payments are taken from your gross (pre-tax) salary
You can save up to 42% on a new bike and accessories
Accessories may include helmets, locks, pedals, and protective clothing
